Lazlo (Gotham)

First Appearance: Gotham Season 1 Episode 2- Selina Kyle

Lazlo is a waiter and bar tender, who works for Fish Mooney.

Lazlo is working behind the bar on the night Carmine Falcone arrives to speak to Fish. He is watching her cheering for the band before Falcone's arrival with a small smile.

When Falcone does arrive, he sets down a bottle of red wine and two glasses, pouring it out for her and giving her a small look, which Falcone notices. Later Fish comments that he is "the boy she keeps around for her exercise... my lover he is not" when Falcone asks. Falcone summons him over to the table. Carmine asks for his name and tells her to be good to Fish as she means a great deal to her. He tells him that "if you brake her heart, you brake my heart." He saysd he understands, but is prompty dragged away by Falcone's thugs and beaten up in public as a warning for any more signs of betrayl from her. 

Fish's reaction after Falcone leaves may imply he means more to her that she reveals to Carmine.

In the Ballonman: Lazlo returned to work, heavily bruised with an arm in a sling. Fish calls him "honey" and tells him to take a rest, touching his chest and further calling him a poor boy. He takes a seat, witnessing the conforsation between the two detectives and Fish.

Later he confronts Fish about putting M.C.U onto Falcone while she is eating in the club. He says that he didn't mind what he did to him, but he worries for her if Falcone ever did find out. She strokes his face telling him to remember that is wan't "you Falcone wanted to hurt."

Ivy Pepper (Gotham)

First Appearance: Gotham Season 1 #1- Pilot

Ivy is the young daughter of  the criminal Mario Pepper and Alice Pepper, who lives in a Gotham apartment.

When Gordon and Bullock go to investigate Mario over the murder of Thomas and Martha Wayne, Ivy answers the door. He asks what her name is and then asks if her dad is in. But she tells him that he "doesn't want to speak to daddy." Gordon asks why and she tells them that "he's mean." She runs away frightened as Mario shouts who it is.

While Mario is being interrogated, Ivy is stroking and tending to a plant.

Ivy mimics her mother in calling the G.C.P.D "bastards," when Alice tells Gordon that the necklace had been planted on them by the police. She is watering a plant with a spray bottle.

John DeMarco (Batman Arkham Origins)

First Appearance: Batman Arkham Origins

John DeMarco was a member of the G.C.P.D's S.W.A.T team. He had been imprisoned after being convicted of drug use.

Prior to Christmas Eve, the G.C.P.D's I.A.D was planning to investigate his unit for corruption.  He discovered that one of his team mates, Nate Ramo was planning a plea that would supply evidnece on the entire team for corruption, which semented evidence that the I.A.D could not find. He decided to kill Ramo to silence him.

On Christmas Eve, DeMarco committed hit and run, however lost control of his car in the blizzard and crashed near the G.C.P.D building. He fled the scene before he was discovered and searched Ramo's house to find anything that would incriminate him.

Batman later learns of DeMarco's involvement in the murder, due to the paint residue found at the scene matching the residue on his car. 

DeMarco meets with the rest of his team, who care more about the fact that they could be found out aboyut corruption rather than the death of their team mate. He was confident that after the I.A.D had finished, the team would be back to work. 

Batman hears all this and interrogates him after defeating the rest of S.W.AT. He tells DeMarco as he addmitted to the murder, he would be given a life imprisonment. But DeMarco says that evidence tends to go missing in the G.C.P.D. Batman tells him that this evidence won't go missing, sending the G.C.P.D evidence of the murder and a taped confession which Alfred had recorded during the interrogation.

Ian Chase (Batman Arkham Origins)

First Appearance: Batman Arkham Origins

Ian Chase is a socialite and an acquaintance of Bruce Wayne. He is also was a member of Black Mask's gang.

Chase attended a Halloween Party thrown at Wayne Manor, where he was kicked out by Wayne after harassing  Clarissa Rodriguez (who he later killed on Christmas Eve)

On Christmas Eve Chase switched sides from Black Mask's gang, to join the Joker, who had taken over Sionis' operation. He later went to Crime Alley, where he shot and killed Clarissa and her fiancee, Horace Riley in the same spot that Thomas and Martha Wayne had been murdered, out of jelousy for Clarissa agreeing to marry Riley. Chase cleaned the scene up, however missed a bullet case that had rolled away in a grate. 

Batman deduces Chase as the killer and tracks him down in the Industrial district, where he proceeds to beat him nealy to death in anger. Batman leaves him for the G.C.P.D, along with evidence to stand him on trial for the murder.

Andrew Carter (Batman Arkham Origins)

First Appearance: Batman Arkham Origins

Andrew Carter is a criminal who suffers from paranoia and delusions. He was a prisoner in Blackgate Prison and upon his release in November, was ordered to attend court-appointed anger management therapy.

Prior to Christmas Eve, he stopped attending the sessions and went looking for Bane's gang with an interest to becoming a member.

On Christmas Eve, he was supplied venom and tasked as an initiation to kill Matthew Kadi, which he does by throwing an air conditioning unit at him. After the murder, he was ordered to wait for Bane's instructions.

Batman discovered his involvement and tracked him down and, after getting no answer in interrogation, beat him unconscious and leaving him and the evidence for the police.
 

Alex Cane (Batman Arkham Origins)

First Appearance: Batman Arkham Origins

Alex Cane was an arm's dealer, who worked as a henchman for the Penguin. He is used as the messanger between Penguin and associates he supplies weapons to. He had a criminal record with priors including assault and carrying of concealed firearms, prior to his death on Chrsitmas Eve.

On Christmas Eve, Cane and Qing Lu, a martial artist who was one of Penguin's top henchmen, were waiting in the Coverntry District for an arms deal. However Lu betrays him and shoots him through the heart out of jelousy and a desire to advance through the ranks. Just before he dies, Cane throws a Molotov cocktail to try and take Lu with him, but the latter escapes. 

His body is later discovered by Batman, who uses the evidence in the scene to locate Lu and passes the information about the murder and a captured Lu to the G.C.P.D.


Chucky Berks (Batman Arkham Origins)

Chucky Berks was a counterfeiter working on Christmas Eve.

Berks was working at Dixon Docks for a mob on a counterfeiting scheme, which was captured on camera by the investigative journalist Owen Grant. Berks shot Grant, who had pictures of him on his camera after spotting him, however grew scared when he could not locate it.

Berks along with the gang go the Diamond District, where he tries to persuade them to locate the camera before the G.C.P.D locate it. However Batman arrives, who had learnt from the cameras photo about Berks involvement and after being subdued and interrogated is left for the G.C.P.D with evidence against him on Grant's murder.

John F. Baker (Batman Arkham Origins)

First Appearance: Batman Arkham Origins

John F. Baker was a low-level thug who had a criminal record of minor crimes including robbery and breaking and entering.

On Christmas Eve, Baker was hired by Enigma to booby trap an access panel to the Coventry G.C.R Tower. He installed an explosive that was rigged to detonate when a Gotham Optics key card was swiped across it. His hand print was left on the keypad, which led Batman to discovering his involvement in the crime, which resulted in the death of technician David Shannon.

He was later found dead by the G.C.P.D (most likely by Enigma to tie up loose ends) in the Diamond District.

David Shannon (Batman Arkham Origins)

First Appearance: Batman Arkham Origins

David Shannon was an engineer and technician, who worked for Gotham  Optics. He died on Christmas Eve in the Coventry G.C.R Tower, while on a call out to fix it.

Shannon was sent out by the company to fix a faulty network in the Coventry Tower on Christmas Eve. When he swiped his access card to gain access to the main tower, he triggered a booby trap set up by John F. Baker (on orders of Enigma.) The key card scanner explodes, sending him flying across the room and hitting the wall, killing him with the impact. 

Batman discovers his body when he finds the tower is throwing out a jamming signal that is interfering with the Batwing, while flying for Penguin's Bowery arm deal. He uses the access card to be able to take control of the access panels and identified the murderer being Baker (who was found dead by G.C.P.D an hour earlier in the Diamond District.) He tells Alfred to contact the G.C.P.D to investigate the body and crime.

Bryan Murphy (Batman Arkham Origins)

Bryan Murphy is an account manager, who worked for the Gotham Merchant's Bank, prior to his death on Christmas Eve.

Prior to his death, he was working with a notorious Gotham Conn-ma, Robert Hanes in pulling off an insurance scam against the bank. In return for the accout details, he would get a share of the profit. However he had a change of heart and planned to contact the G.C.P.D or a superior to put a stop to it.

On Christams Eve, Hanes pushed him through a broken stone railing, where he fell to his death in the Bowery district. He was carrying a briefcase with paperwork, which captured Hanes Dna, pinning him to the crime. He dies instantly from a high volacity impact when he makes contact with the ground.

Batman discovers his body and the briefcase later that night and sends information of the scam and a captured Robert Hanes to the G.C.P.D, after hearing about the bodies discovery on the police radio station.

Harleen Quinzel (Batman Arkham Origins)

First Appearance: Batman Arkham Asylum

Harleen Quinzel attended the Gotham University, where she got a degree in psychology. After this she became an intern at Blackgate Prison, under Professor Hugo Strange.

Strange had her call Alberto Falcone, one of his patients, to tell him that he missed two appointments for their sessions. She gives him a subtle threat that if he doesn't continue with the appointments, she will tell Carmine Falcone, his father, that his son has an untreated medical condition.

Her residency at Blackgate was coming up to its completion around the Christmas Eve period and she was tasked to do an assessment on Jullian Gregory Day, the Calendar Man. After a psychological evaluation, she deemed that Day was insane and could not be exacuted, handing her report in to Warden Martin Joseph. However Joseph tells her to redo the report him as sane, which he maniulates her into doing by saying it will make the city safer and they will thank her for it. She agrees on the condition that she is given  full access the new criminals entered into the asylum. When Joesph asks why she would want to spend any more time with the patients, she says the criminal mind is "fascinating" and would make a good topic for research papers and books. 

This led her to the Joker, who was arrested by the G.C.P.D and sent to Blackgate. She began their interview, telling him that it was a bad day and the cops of the city were "always beating on the sick and defenceless." He asks her if she ever had a "really bad day." They go through numerous word associatrion games with the word "fate" getting information about his "origin" (whether it is true or not is unknown- based on The Killing Joke.) He begins manipulating her feelings when he says he met someone that night, whose name he didn't know and she introduces herself. He says it's a pretty name and asks if her friends call her Harley, but she replies that she doesn't have a lot of friends. Joker tells her he has one know and she touches his arm affectionatly.

She is taken hostage in the Prison Nexus after the Joker escapes, with the prisoners implying that she had supplied the codes needed for the escape. Batman frees her and she tells him that the Joker is waiting for him in the Panopticon.

After the Joker has been apprahended, he is taken back to his cell laughing at how Batman had stopped Bane's heart, while Harley watches with a smile.

Oliver Queen- Alternate Earth (Injustice Gods Among Us Year Two)

First Appearance: Injustice Gods Among Us: Year 2 #24

An alternate version of Oliver Queen (it is unclear whether he is the same version from the game) was living in a cabin in an unknown location, when Kent Nelson saved Dinah Lance and her son, Connor in the aftermath of the Green Lantern, Sinestro Corps war.

He is looking after Connor, when Dinah comes round and they meet for the first time. Both are equally shocked by this, as Superman killed her version of Oliver Queen and Oliver lost his version of Dinah Lance (in an unknown event.) Nelson says that "I can't guarente you happiness, but I can give you each other". They watch Nelson leaves and Oliver asks about Connor's name, saying he always liked it. Dinah smiles at him saying that she knows. Oliver looks like he is about to cry and greets her with the nickname "Pretty bird."
